Wall ovens, cooktops, and some built-in appliances require a dedicated electrical junction box for safe hardwired installation. If one isn't already present at your installation location, we'll need to install one. Not sure if you have one? We recommend including this in your estimate for full transparency — no hidden fees.
Junction Box Install: $150 (labor + materials)
💡 If a junction box is already present at your location, this charge will be removed from your final invoice. We only charge for work performed.
🪚 Cabinet Modifications May Be Needed
Built-in appliances like wall ovens and cooktops sometimes require minor cabinet modifications for a proper fit — such as trimming openings, adding support boards, or adjusting framing. If your existing cabinetry needs any adjustments, we'll handle it on-site. Not sure? Include it for peace of mind.
Cabinet Modifications: $125 (labor + materials)
💡 If no modifications are needed, this charge will be removed from your final invoice. We believe in honest pricing — you only pay for what's done.
Your Estimate
Multi-appliance discounts applied automatically ?2nd appliance: 10% off · 3rd appliance: 15% off · 4th+ appliance: 20% off. Highest-priced item is always full price. Discounts apply to installation fees only.
Delivery pricing scales with appliance count ? 1st appliance: $99 basic / $129 premium. Each additional unit: +$39 for extra handling time. Premium includes haul-off of old units.
